Obama, Clinton tied in Connecticut
So says the latest Rasmussen poll, taken on Sunday -- the day after South Carolina, the day before Ted Kennedy. Obama 40%, Clinton 40%, Edwards 11%, Other 3%, Undecided 6%.
This is great news for Obama, as it's the first empirical evidence that Obama's recent momentum is actually translating into increased support in a Super Tuesday state. Previous polls, including a Hartford Courant poll 10 days ago, had Clinton leading by double digits.
The big question is whether this will start a trend. RCP's Latest Polls page will be worth watching in the coming days, to see whether other post-S.C. (and post-Teddy) polls in Super Tuesday states also show Obama gains.

This is very encouraging. Hopefully Obama can close the gap in a few key states by Super Tuesday.
As for Florida, do the Clintons not get that they are playing Bush-League games with the all the delegate talk? Hopefully this will drive more Dems away from her by Super Tuesday.

MMEsq, "all the delegate talk" is quite Legitimate./ All along everyone's been Expecting, and the media's been Reporting, that the Florida and Michigan delegations would, in the end, be Credentialed and Seated at the convention. / Of course this was premised on the altogether silly assumption that the Votes of said delegates obviously Wouldn't Matter. Now Obama is in the uncomfortable position of needing to Oppose their re-Enfranchisement in the event that they DO matter.
Brendan, in addition to the late great John M. Bailey's Connecticut, I expect big movement away from Hillary in Senator Ted's Massachusetts and Congressman Paddy's :> Rhode Island. After all, southern New England has Never Taken Sides Against The Family Yet ;} and now that Barackennedy O'Bama is a Made Man ;} I'm sure that Boston, Providence & Hartford will come through the same way Dick Daley's Chicago did at the very Founding of Camelot in the mythic mists of ancient days. / Bobby: "Mayor, uh, how much is our uh, Plurality now?" Hizzoner: "How much do you Need?" :]
But now that he's been inducted into the clann na nGael, in all fairness I hope somebody did disclose to our First African-American President that there's no "point in being Irish if you don’t know that the world is going to break your heart eventually." [Hat tip, Daniel Patrick Moynihan, RIP]
