And now, for something completely different

Quick question for the Mac folk out there.  For those of you who use Safari, are you noticing it crashing a lot recently?

I'm wondering if I've managed to bollocks something up on my own, or if it's just an issue from Apple's side.

I'm running the latest version under Leopard and haven't noticed any crashes, sorry.

I have been noticing crashes on occasion; they all say "The problem may have been caused by the Flash Player plug-in."

I'm using the latest versions of Flash and Safari on 10.5.1.

My experience is consistent with David's.

Me too. Safari seems more stable in Leopard. Actually it seemed a bit better when I was running the beta in Tiger too.

Safari is pretty reliable in Leopard. A whole ton of other stuff is giving me headaches though.

My Safari crashes constantly. :(

Try making a test user again. If Safari works in that, then it's like a plist issue. If that works, I can give you more information on plist troubleshooting.

I've been getting crashes every now and then as well. It seems pretty random, but happens enough that I can recall 3 or 4 occasions recently.

With the plist issue, can you just rename your com.apple.safari.plist (or whatever it's called) and try it that way, or might it be a combination of plists for Safari and some plugins?

Haha, I got the complete Monty Python's Flying Circus for Christmas and greatly appreciate the title of this post.
