14-0 vs. 0-14 game thwarted as Fins win
Alas, next week's Patriots-Dolphins game in Foxboro won't be a showdown between a 14-0 team gunning for the NFL's first-ever 16-0 season and an 0-14 team trying to avoid its first-ever 0-16 season. The Patriots held up their end, winning 20-10 over the Jets, but the Dolphins didn't, beating the Ravens to improve to 1-13.

Absolutely pathetic. This was a dream game, totally ruined worse than Ohio St. making the national championship game over about 8 teams more deserving. If the Patriots were going to break the Dolphins unbeaten season, they had to do it with the Dolphins going winless, now it's all down the toilet. Now watch the Pats not even make the AFC championship.

"The Pats will NOT make it to the Super Bowl."
Which AFC team is going to stop them?
Despite last year's play-off win by the Colts, the Patriots under Brady have done very well against the Colts in recent years. I think you would have to also agree that the Colts are not as good a team as they were last year and that the Patriots are far superior to what they were last year.
The Steelers are coming apart.
The Chargers are having problems at QB, plus I just don't trust Norv Turner not to screw it up somehow.
The only other team surging right now is Jacksonville and I'm not sure if they are for real or not.
The big question about the Patriots is the running game. If they are playing in crappy weather at home, the other team might have a chance if Brady can't throw reliably. However, I think NE will still find a way to win.
I anticipate a Super Bowl between the Patriots and Green Bay. I think it would be phenomenal. While I would cheer for Green Bay, I don't think Green Bay would prevail.

Alas, nothing can stop the Pats now. The only prayer was for the 0-14 Fins to beat them.
Undefeated season, here come the Patriots!

I forgot to mention Cleveland. But I'm not sure if Derek Anderson is the next Tony Romo or the next Rex Grossman.
