A lot of attention has been paid to Weis, but I think what Paul Johnson has done with Navy is remarkable. He has a team full of 5-10 guys who weigh 165 lbs who have good but not remarkable athletic ability. On top of it, his QB is not Roger Staubach. He has managed to develop a running game that is perfect for the skill set of his team. The 3-man option was so confusing that even the NBC cameramen had a hard time figuring out who had the ball. Truly astounding.
