I actually saw him coming out of the White House. I was coming back from my french fry run at McD's on 17th and this mob was coming down the street from the Renwick Gallery. I couldn't figure out who it was, given all the visiting dignitaries and whatnot, and then I saw this one guy who was being photographed by about 20 paparazzi, standing all tall and tan. I said that's Gore and then I saw some blonde at his side which was probably Tipper but I couldn't be sure.
I then saw CBS's Bill Plante walking on the other side with a cup of coffee.
My office is in a pretty cool location.

I would like a framed copy of this photo. I don't think I've ever seen two phonier strained smiles in my life. Al Gore is actually turning red trying to hold that expression.
