A symbolic representation of the uphill battle that both Notre Dame and Michigan face this afternoon:
I stand by my prediction: Notre Dame 6, Michigan 5. :) The Curse of Bo Schemblechler strikes again.

I posted this on another thread, but thought it was relevant enough to post here as well given Weis is coaching ND today and the situation with New England...
Well, I did a little research and quickly realized that New England played all three teams it beat in the SuperBowl during either the regular season or pre-season that year. If they were video-taping the signal calls of the other teams, it makes you wonder....
2001 Season - NE lost to St. Louis in the regular season. Beat St. Louis in the SuperBowl.

2003 Season - NE squeeked a winner over Carolina in the pre-season. Beat Carolina in the SuperBowl.

2004 Season - NE squeeked past Philadelphia in the pre-season. Beat Philadelphia in the SuperBowl.

That would be plausible, however, most major league teams will mix up their signals from game to game. Especially if they feel the other team is on to them.
